My youngest grandson loves food. Eating it and cooking it. He cooked these fresh mackerel, asparagus salad and crushed new potatoes for dinner this week. Jack has a natural flair for cooking and a good palate although he insists he doesn't want to be a Chef de Cuisine.

How old is Jack? Perhaps he should enter Junior Masterchef (or depending on his age....Masterchef)
He's thirteen Gail and fell in love with food and cooking when he was a toddler watching Jamie and Nigella on TV cookery programmes. I even bought him cookery books for Christmas presents when he was eight years old.
I've suggested he's good enough to enter competitions but he won't!
Yum, yum, he's certainly good enough to run a restaurant in the Bridport area, that's for sure.
