The Navigation Inn

A sample of some of the brilliant dressing up for Halloween at The Navigation Inn at Buxworth, High Peaks.

These are the chefs.

The first slices of the roasted sheep. It was delicious.

Very scary indeed. The landlords of The Navigation Inn decorated every spare inch and I hear that they've already decorated for the Christmas Season with equal enthusiasm.

I love dressing up.

These guys really got into the spirit of things!

Do you Pal? I am very boring and avoid dressing up although some of the women chose the glamourous Halloween alternative and looked smashing. After all, I don't need to black out teeth ;-)

The meat looks good.

I don't do fancy dress but I appreciate it when others make the effort.

Lol about the teeth!!

I did go through a lazy spell with dressing up though and found that an Indian sqaw costume - which was comfy and decent - did for about three years of seeing the New Year in at the local. The 1st year it was Cowboys and Indians, then it was Films then historical characters!

I love seeing the others do it Kat. Jus been clearing out my wardrobe(s) and have enough stuff to do Retro Fancy Dress.

So that could be Historical ;-)
