Afters

And this was my pudding at The Bath Priory. Rhubarb Plate. Under the lid of the white receptacle on the left is a rhubarb crumble. The shot glass is rhubarb and custard with lemongrass foam and a sorbet in the centre of the slate plate. I love dishes with the same ingredient prepared in different ways. This was fun to eat.

A tub of tulips on the terrace.

What's that thing that looks like a worm?

What are you like Maddie? I think its a rhubarb crisp balanced on a squirt of rhubarb cream.

Kat must have been polite when she said it looked 'Interesting'

I love the way the pudding is presented but unfortunately, I don't like rhubarb. :-)

Looks stunning - though I don't like rhubarb either (unless it's with dates).

On the Great British Menu last week, the winner had a strawberry medley which would have been right up your street - four different ways with strawberries including a drink with chilli.

Yes Gail - I saw that and it was very similar. It might look all very precious and posturing but the flavours are really in there and fun to eat.
